End of Ramdan Kareem: Way forward for Muslims

Holy month of Ramdan is approaching the end and in some part of Muslim worlds Eid day (1st Shawwal) shall be observed tomorrow. Eid is major festival day among Muslims and those who have honestly seek remission from sins in month of Ramdan are the privileged ones. May Allah give them courage to continue good doings for the whole year. I want to congratulate Palestinians Muslim in particular. They have stand against Israeli vultures and came through as victors. True Champions who did not comprised on their dignity and land. These are people on which Prophet Muhammad (P.B.U.H) would be proud and Palestinians martyrs surely would be getting soaked from Hauzu'l-Kausar this time around. In general during this Ramdan, Muslim world has been badly exposed that they are spineless and have lost all honor and respect. They are bickering over trivial issues and are far from teachings of Islam. Many are engaged in internal civil wars which is exhausting their potency. An adversity with name...

Suspension on Death penalty in Pakistan

The idea of abolition death sentence is advocated by Amnesty International. In Pakistan suspension on execution of death penalty was imposed by President Asif Ali Zardari in June 2008 for an initial period of 5 years. After the exhaustion of the period in 2012, Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif under the pressure of European Union (EU) and other International Human right activists directed the interior ministry to halt executions till further orders. The supporters of suspension beliefs that Pakistan judicial and police inquiry system is too incompetent that does not guarantee a fair trial hence a sacred human life can be sacrificed where there exists doubts. The opponents argue that if death sentence is not available how courts and society can convict offenders of heinous crimes like terrorism, treason, rape and jail break? How confidence of aggrieved party can be restored in judicial system so that they may not take law in their hand? Pakistan is combating with many social ills...

Juma tul Wida Prayer: GOD plz doom this Muslim world

Juma tul Wida is the last friday of holy month Ramadan. Its the day of acceptance of prays. Given the deplorable situation of Muslim worlds I request the Muslims to join me in this prayer,    Almightly Allah plz descends on Muslim World a natural calamity that may purge from this nation all except those who have strong faith in Islamic teachings. Who have only only fear of God and his Prophet (PBUH). Nature is pure and it deserves pure people. Not those who claim to follow something and then defy it with their actions. Good portion of Muslims are depicting impure behavior. Here are some points to be noted from Muslims beliefs. Muslims Only fair is wrath of God. -> Wrong Muslims currently exhibits more fear of Americans and Israelis Muslims are like one body and can feel pain in other portions. -> No such sign for the plight of Palestinians. Seems like rest of Muslims are under the influence of Ramzan’s Sehris and Iftars and have become numb. Destiny...

Ramzan: Giveaway TV Shows

In this year’s Ramzan, the Tv media is inundated with shows that are giving away free commodities to audience on mere anchor’s impulse or for answering simple question. TRP of such programs are on high for example Ramzan Pakistan hosted by Aamir Liaquat and Jeeto Pakistan hosted by Fahad Mustafa are among the toppers. The programs producers maintain that since Ramzan is a month of happiness; they are also distributing happiness by prize giveaways. A question that lingers in viewer’s mind is how one can attend these TV shows as audience. Major section believes that is all up to personal relations that one may attend such shows. Hence if people are getting expensive gifts namely Mobiles, Laptops, LCDS, Motor Bikes, Cars e.t.c. just because they have more reach is surely enhancing the imbalance that exist b/w affluent and deprived in our society. Remember that a person is poor due to this very reason that he has no access to opportunities in society. He does not know the ...

Ball tempering v/s Spot fixing

In the ongoing South African Cricket team tour of Srilanka, South African pace bowler Vernon Philander has been fined 75 per cent of his match fee for tampering with the ball during the third day of the first test against Sri Lanka. Philander has accepted the ball tempering charge. Remember that this is 2nd time where South African team has been accused of ball tempering. Last time Faf du Plessis was abetted by Philander and fined for ball tampering during test series against Pakistan in October, 2013. With such lame punishments, ICC seems to advertising an option to Cricket teams where for a few dollars penalty a cheat of Ball tempering is at their disposal that can go a long way in dictating final outcome of a match. As a Cricket viewer, I have been duped. All time while watching the match for last 3 days, I thought that 2 teams are playing on same fields with fair chance of winning. But that was not the case; a team was cheating in the field but also with all cricket viewe...

Malaysian Flight MH17 Air Crash

On July 17, 2014, a Malaysia Airlines passenger plane MH17 crashed in Ukraine, near Russian border. There were nearly 280 passengers and 15 crew members on board. Sources believe that the Plane has been hit by a missile when it was flying at an altitude of 33,000 feet. Ukrainian officials and pro-Russian rebels accuse each other of this incident. Indeed this is very sad event. Sanity extends its condolences to families of people who have lost their lives in this tragic event. An unbiased immediate inquiry of this incident is demanded so actual mischiefs be trialed and given due punishment. It is hard to infer reason why such cruel action has been taken by any source. The passengers and crew members were innocent and not a party in any conflict. The first action which many Airlines have taken after this missile strike is to avoid Airspaces of Ukraine which will definitely hurt Ukraine’s interest. The area, in which debris of victim Plane is found, is under...

Palestinian (Gaza Strip) Genocide

In the Air strikes carried out by Israeli Air force in last 2 weeks on Gaza strip, nearly 200+ Palestinians including women and children have lost their lives. Nearly 1000+ people are injured for whom life will remain miserable due to limited availability of medical resources. In Gaza region, life is cheap and humanity is dying of shame. One the other end death toll on Israeli side is Zero owing to expensive missile defense system it has installed . Nothing is expected from Muslim world who have long lost their vigor and recently most of them are combatting internal civil wars. On the other side, Champions of humanity (Western world) are overlooking all these act of barbarism by Israel but only condemn skid missiles attacks of Hamas (Palestine Militia) which hardly lands on Israel soil and gets busted in air by Israel Air defense system.  Sanity is unable to find out real reason of this Israeli cruelty and phlegm behavior of western world towards this outright ...

14th Aug, 2014 Independence Celebrations v/s Independence March

On the eve of this year’s Independence day, the ruling party (PML-N) looks nervy due to independence March (Sonamy) call by Imran Khan (PTI Chairman). Reactive plans by PML-N to combat the PTI agitation which have came through so far have further aggrieved the situation as it seems PML-N is arranging Independence festival activity on same place (D-Chawk, Islamabad) where Sonamy (PTI protest) has to gather. Moreover the Prime Minister (Nawaz Shareef) has invited Army Chief (Raheel Shareef) to attend these Official festivals and hence divulge his position in overall political chaos. Recent statement by Asif Ali Zardari, opposition party PPP head, where he has chastised Nawaz Shareef for his royal behavior and has demanded that Shareef should submit to PTI demand by reopening ballot boxes of four Punjab constituencies is a a big political development. Zardari’s ingenious toward reading political situation is well known and his condemnation reflects that things are ...
